It is made of flexible metal, with snaps up the front and back, allowing it to split into two parts.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cem\u003eTo make it your double, put on a tank or fitted T-shirt or workout clothes, then slide each side on. With the help of a (good) friend and perhaps an adult beverage, you manipulate the wire to conform it to your exact shape. I got rid of the original box and creepy cheesecloth cover, because both were kind of disgusting.
