An adorable capelet in a deep, bright, not-quite-navy blue crepe with frog closures and silky lining. I'm estimating the vintage as 1960s, based on the style and feel of the fabric. Could be older. Unlikely to be any younger.

Fiber/Care: no tags, feels like a blended fiber crepe, possibly synthetic or partially so. interior is silky but I don't think it's silk, possibly rayon. the fabric has nice body and retains its shape well / dry-cleaning recommended
Condition: there's some color shift on the lining and a few hand stitches where someone maybe have made a long-ago repair (see photos). the exterior is like new.
