60s Red Wool Boucle Suit

Ladylike polish in a 1960s wool boucle suit fit for Jackie O. Color is a true, deep red (not at all orange). Waist-length jacket has full attached lining and features bracelet-length sleeves, a notched, modified-shawl collar, three large red buttons with bound buttonholes, patch pockets, and top stitching detail. Straight skirt is half-lined at back only. Pinked seams, hem tape, metal Vista side zip with celluloid button-tab closure. Union made in the U.S.A.  From the Kathryn G. estate.

Fiber/Care: unmarked, wool or wool-rich blend boucle with acetate lining, dry-clean only

Condition: we darned two small moth holes -- one on the back of the collar, one on the upper back. the one on the collar was more obvious due to its white lining material. it is now imperceptible. see photos for before and after close-ups.
