50s Ivory Beaded Wedding Dress by Mike Benet Formals - sm
Sweetly sophisticated. Ivory satin embellished with faux pearls and shimmering sequins at the wide scoop neck and abbreviated, scalloped over-layer of the skirt. Princess seams, nipped waist, V-back, and straps wide enough to accommodate your bra. Tulle peeks out at the front, creating the sought-after "cupcake" look. Multiple layers of tulle, netting, and satin create that dreamy look and feel. Outer satin layer is buckram-lined for shape. An absolutely beautiful, high-quality dress with just enough sparkle to make you shine. From the 50s or very early 60s. Cecelia wears a modern crinoline beneath. It is not included, but readily available at any formal or bridal salon.

Fiber/Care: unknown, feels like synthetic satin with nylon net and tulle, dry-clean only
Condition: overall very good. there is staining around the hem where it touched the floor, what looks like a water stain at one side of the hem, and some marks on the upper back (do not show in photos and would be covered by a veil or long hair), there are some repairs to and some minor tears in the internal netting (easily repaired, but not necessary as they do not affect wear)
In the photos, Cecelia is set to approximately 5'9" tall. For a shorter
bride, or a taller bride seeking a tea-length gown, altering the length
would eliminate most of the hem stains, although they are not terribly conspicuous as is.

center bodice to hem on front
