50s Black Velvet Cocktail Hat Charmer by John Frederics

A 1950s cocktail headpiece. Open oval of black velvet with pink silk and velvet flowers at one end and buds with greenery at the other. Shaped to fit securely on head without pins or clips. Can be worn several ways. The colors are beautiful.
