From the 1930s, a black and white chevron-pattern crochet purse with intricately carved bone frame. Knotted cord handle threads through frame. Lined in satin, with floral details along the top edges and a single slip pocket. Combines the geometric patterns of Art Deco with the swirling florals of Art Nouveau. Another beauty from the Jacqueline K. estate.
