- Mini (aka toy) hat isn't ridiculously tiny, but it sits atop the head rather than fitting down over it
- Place it however is most flattering and comfortable for you
- Shiny black, finely woven faux straw
- Decorated with puff-ball netting nestled in the upturned brim
- Black grosgrain band around the crown and at the interior
- Ring at back helps hold it in place (add bobby pins and/or a hatpin to make it extra secure)
