50s Embellished Black Calot Hat

From the 1950s, a fur felt Juliet Cap or calot hat with beaded embellishment and velvet details. So pretty, and perfect with all your mid-century (or modern) ensembles. From the Wilma C. estate.

Labels: no manufacturer label remains, only a content/size tag

Materials: fur felt (high quality), glass beads, rayon velvet, grosgrain ribbon

Condition: some chips on the faux black-pearl beads are not noticeable, even close up. faintest makeup stains along inner grosgrain band.

Measurements: one size fits all, as it sits on the back crown of the head. our model, Cracked Betty, has a rather small head, so the cap may cover less of yours than it does hers. won't matter.
