Materials: appears to be silk organza and floral on (most likely rayon) velvet-covered wire frame
Condition: close inspection reveals signs of age, including a few inconspicuous spots, a few tiny holes in the organza, and signs of wear to the interior frame (this doesn't show at all). presents beautifully, as you can see in the photos.
Dimensions: approximately 15"/38cm (back to front) x 16"/40.5cm (side to side), measured on top with the tape following the shallow curve of the hat. the back "brim" is not as wide as the front brim.
