40s Long Sleeve Rayon and Lace Blouse
From the 1940s, a lovely cream blouse with long sleeves and bishop neckline with rows of lace. Tiny shoulder pads in the sleeve heads for that old-Hollywood look (it's a bit big on Cecelia, so not shown to its best advantage, the shoulder line is lovely). Closes at back and at the lace-trimmed cuffs with shell buttons. Smocking enhances the bodice. Darts nip and shape the waist. Feels heavenly. From the Richard C. estate.
