50s/60s Shirtwaist Dress in Blue and White Stripe
From the late 1950s or early 1960s, a crisp, cool shirtwaist dress in blue and white stripes.
- Fabric has the colorscheme of seersucker but is a smooth, shirting type weave (like a beau's buttondown).
- Bodice has 4-button front placket with loop for button beneath the pointed collar, multiple darts for shaping.
- Just-over-the-elbow sleeves are modest but still cool enough for summer.
- Medium-full skirt can be worn with or without a crinoline (ours not included).
- Unlined and easy care.
The nifty wallet and (working) watch combo Delphine is holding is available here.
