From the 1950s, a sheath dress with long sleeves in jet black velvet.
- A true "wiggle dress" silhouette, with curve-hugging, figure-flattering seaming
- Empire bodice of cut-velvet roses, with taupe modesty lining (see interior photos for lining detail), with kimono-cut long sleeves (no shoulder seams)
- Closes with long, metal zipper up the back with top hook&eye, plus a single snap at each wrist
- Slim skirt is fully lined
