Gene Berk founded Paganne in 1968. His mod, vibrantly colored and patterned tunics, minis, and maxis were popular with celebrities and frequently featured in Vogue and Harper's Bazaar. Today Paganne is re-establishing itself, introducing a new line with each item hand-signed by Berk. Meanwhile, its vintage pieces are increasingly sought after by collectors.
