we found advertisements for this sweater between 1962 and 1964, with similar models available through 1970
Fiber/Care: 100% virgin wool, hand wash or machine wash on wool setting
Condition: the "mothproofed" claimed on the label was not completely successful, we're afraid, and there are two small, inconspicuous mends -- one on the back of the left arm, one on the back of the right wrist.
