Dress from the 1970s with bodice overlay to tie as you like (we show it knotted higher and also lower and more loosely). Color is a soft, sophisticated aqua blue. Dress underlayer has bust darts and center seaming, and a gentle A-line skirt. Three-quarter sleeves with double button and loops. Closes at back with a nylon Talon zip and top hook&eye. Versatile style will go from office to brunch to more-formal events with a change of accessories. Union made in the U.S.A.
