This vintage, wide-brim, picture hat is the happiest shade of Kelly green.
- Low crown with grosgrain band
- Folded embellishment at back (layers could be tacked with a few stitches to make it stand up like a fan or a peacock's tail -- just an idea)
- Wide brim trimmed beneath with pleated grosgrain ribbon, creating a pique edge
- Interior has grosgrain band and an elastic to go under your hair at back (to help keep it on your head)
- Unknown vintage. Probably 1980s but possibly older.
